Dur dur d'être bébé! - Les Hurricanes @ Le Bleu-Blanc-et-Rouge - 11/17 - 7:30pm
YOUPPI!
The Carolina Hurricanes came out last game riding a 14 game winless streak. Goals by Joe Corvo, Jussi Jokinen, Ray Whitney and the red hot Brandon Sutter put the Canes in contention for a win. Michael Leighton stood tall in net during the shootout with Jussi Jokinen sliding home the winning goal to send the Canes to their first victory in over a month. Can the CANES continue their winning ways? It's all coming your way next, and the eye of the storm...is upon us.

Since we'll be watching the game in french tonight, here's a quick goal scoring counting lesson.
and I leave you with the pride of French rap music (yes, I am aware he's not Canadian)
Good luck tonight Gents, personally i think this one will go to you
Last game was a ****ing joke for us, 55 shots against in a 2-0 loss to Nashville
Gionta is still not there.
But don't laugh at Metropolit on the first, this guy is one of the few who pulled his weight so far this year and totally deserves a shot on the first line, Price is always a ? and yea our D is terrible.
Great GDT btw
EDIT : Except for the whole Jordy theme, its a disgrace (even if you're aware he's not a Quebecer)

This just irritates the crap out of me. I can understand not wanting to broadcast every home game in an attempt to get more people to come to said home games, but how do we not show every road game? It boggles the mind.
Aren't games blacklisted in the US because of the Caps/Rags game on VS?
Yep. As long as they start within a half hour of the start time of the Versus game if I understand correctly. Being an east coast team and Versus seemingly broadcasting nothing outside of the Northeast Corridor, we're screwed.
Is Cole in the middle of a scoring drought? If yes it will most certainly come to an end tonight, his dropping production is probably due to meeting the Habs less often because he played in the west for a while.
Anyways good luck guys! We'll most certainly lose to you, like we always do.
EDIT : Don't laugh at Moses Metropolit! He'd be third in point on your team and have the best PPG. Now don't ask me how thats possible

It depends on if tonight is a Versus exclusive night. It is either Monday's or Tuesdays, but not both. I cannot for the life of me find a schedule that shows the exclusive nights. Normally it is Tuesday through football season (i.e. not to compete with MNF) and then switches to Mondays.
"The NHL yesterday revealed its TV schedule in the U.S. and Canada for the '09-10 regular season. Versus will air a total of 54 games, and the net will have exclusive U.S. rights to the time slot for 26 of those games."
