Le Canadiens de Montréal is a restaurant with many waiters and cashiers and cooks, but the problem is that the chef injuried himself with a sharp blade, when he was preparing Canard à l'orange, for a group of dumb businessmen from Toronto, the first day the restaurant opened. He is now on CSST and the manager still hasn't found replacment.
