We played terribly (possibly worst game of the season) but we won. Figure that one out.

Carrying over previous thread question:

ALL for KEEPING the Backwards and upside down GDT going, say AYE, if not say NAY.

A sloppy win, but that is a very refreshing thing to say.

7 points for Stalberg in 3 games now and 12 points in 11 games for Hanson.

Call both up NOW!!! Primeau and Orr sit against Detroit. Lets have a 4th line that has a CHANCE to score a goal.

Kessel with his first point of the season but I didn't like how he threw out his hand and looked at Blake when he missed with a pass in the second and I also noticed Kessel shaking his head whenever Blake took a shot. Kind of bothered me...

We have a goalie now. And Kessel's nowhere near 100% yet. If the Leafs can win a few games here, maybe they can build up some momentum as our top forward rounds into form. I would love that B's pick to be outside the top 10 if we can possibly manage it.

Noticed this as well, shows poor sportsmanship.

Oh well, we'll trade that bum for 2 1sts and a 2nd.

-Kulemin was very good tonight. Prolly his best game this season. Was a menace on the forecheck all night long.

-Monster was outstanding in periods 2/3. I agree with Zeke, He's the real deal.

- Schenn struggled. Looked very shaky when approached with speed. Made a horrible pinch that lead directly to a 2 on 1 which Gustavsson had to bail him out with a highlight reel save. Needs to improve his footspeed if hes going to be a elite shutdown defender in this league.

I do the same thing at home. I noticed both Kessel and Kaberle doing it.

I'd like to see it be a bottom 10 pick, but I'll save that for the "I'm a stupid optimist" thread. It's hidden.

Nay. I fear for my eyes, my stomach, and my sanity for all the backward upsidedownness.

To be fair, Blake would be frustrating to play with at times.

Don't rely on the Leafs to tank for you, they never succeed at it. With all the draft picks they have, they should just tank for themselves.

Regardless, it's his second game with his new team and he really doesn't have the right to be whining and shaking his head towards other players on his own team, even if it is Jason Blake. I still like him and hope he does well, just don't want to see this bad attitude we heard about when acquiring Kessel a couple months ago.
