Phil Kessel or Taylor Hall (in 2010-11)

Which feather would you want in your team's cap? Phil Kessel now? Or Taylor Hall beginning in 2010-11?

Not that Taylor hall is proven, but this is HF, and prospects rule...

But really, Taylor hall is VERY good. His hands are amazing, and I would take him in a heartbeat

i would rather have hall, even though he'll never compare to the best player in the league phil kessel.

I'd take Hall on an ELC over Kessel at 5.4mil.

I think worst case Hall is a soft, one-dimensional sniper like Kessel... best case he is a franchise centre. He's pretty close to a can't miss prospect at this point. I think he'll be better than Stamkos (who might score 40 this yr).

Hall is a left winger, but yeah he'll be the face of SOMEONE's franchise in about 10 months. Great talent and his speed generates so much. Kessel is young too and it's not decided what he can do yet but base on projection I think Hall will have the better career

Taylor hall... obviously..

Now, since this is all based on speculation... since toronto wont end up last and wont be a lottery team. Lets put a spin to ur ridiculous leaf bashing.

Who would u rather have,
Kessel + Savard (since savard UP TO THIS POINT) has been neglecting all trade talks with Boston and rumour is his family has moved to the Toronto area)
or
2 top 14 picks, and a 2nd.

Can't bash a person with a question that is based on soo many different variables if your allowed to ask ridiculous questions based on a 14 game spread (in which leafs have improved in several of their last games(

You think the Bruins would take Fowler 1st overall instead?

Taylor Hall within the current cap structure of our team.

Milan Michalek is taking up what would be Kessel's "spot" with his contract and I'd rather have him.

This exact poll has already been done. Hall won 72 to 40

There's no way the Bruins get Hall or the 1st overall pick. They are cursed.

I wouldn't be surprised if Toronto finishes 10th this year.

You mean you actually think that the Bruins have a better chance of finishing with a lottery pick than Toronto does? Oh man, I don't think I've laughed so hard on this site yet! Thanks man, seriously, that was classic!!

I don't actually expect the #1 pick but top 10 in this draft will still be very nice.

Yeah...that's not that funny considering the Bruins are 6 points ahead of the Leafs with a game in hand.

I'm a leaf fan and I am saddened by this post.

LOL!!

But for argument's sake, lets say the Bruins DO finish worst in the league just behind Toronto. That's 2 top-5 picks in next year's draft. Not funny at all.

Well Carolina is now the bottom feeder, so I don't think Toronto will get Hall.

Kessel is definately better than Hall.

Hall is not even that good comparing to Tavares and Stamkos numbers.

Bruins taking Fowler with their 1st - whats so out of reach? Bruins are 24th in the NHL right now.. (5 points up on the Leafs)

I wasent saying Bruins 1st is gonna end up being the 1st overall pick..

Time to face facts, the Bruins stink. We wouldn't be even debating this if they didn't.
