Justin Williams went through some injury problems, but when he's healthy he's a strong two-way forward; capable of scoring 70 points.
Cammalleri is not known for his two-way game, and is more of an offensive guy.
If they are both completely healthy, then I take Williams. However, if you're talking presently, then I take Cammy because of age, and injury-free history.

Justin's four best seasons points wise: 76, 67, 40, 30.
Of course I should disregard injury, history or potential.
Seriously, the question doesn't make much sense, and right now the answer is Cammalleri, especially considering his newfound backchecking prowess.

Williams career high is 76pts...And it was in 2005-06 (inflated stats season) a lot of players didn't touch back their 2005-06 points.
Williams is a 50-60pts player, good both way of the ice, but he is a dirty mofo.
Cammalleri, and its not even close. He is way more of a threat offensively than Williams ever was.

I will say Williams. He is a Los Angeles King, and Michael Cammalleri is not. Therefore, Justin Williams is better.

Defensive play and carving out people's eyes - Williams
Offensively - Cammalleri
Overall - depends on your stance on the carving out of eyes

They are both playing at a PPG pace. Kings need a two way player more than a shooter on the first line.
For LA, Williams is the better fit (especially considering salary)

Cammalleri is better than average defensively, he backchecks hard and positions well.

Cammelleri might be small but has excellent offensive skill always dangerous with the puck.

Justin Williams will lose this thread, which could have been predicted before it even started....
His injuries over the past few seasons have prevented him from showing his true form for a few years, while Mike had a great season last year....thats what most people remember....maybe it will be different now that hes healthy....so try back in a few months

I'll take a gritty two way Cup champion over a greedy midget who isn't tall enough to ride Space Mountain.

Mike Cammalleri was one of my favourites in the NHL on the kings.
He is far and away the better offensive player

J. Williams makes almost 1/2 of what Cammy makes and is a better defensive player than Cammy.
Therefor AND because I am a Kings homer I pick Williams.

Are we taking salary into account??
If so I'll take Williams.

The term, "and it's not even close", should be banned from the vernacular of this board. It's insulting and troll like.
In terms of who you would want, it probably depends on what kind of team you already have. If I am a team looking for a first line player, I take Cammi because he's a better offensive player and could be deadly when paired with like minded players.
If I already have a first line, then I take Williams. He's a big and fast forward with nice hands and a strong defensive game. Ideal second line player for just about any team out there, but he's not offensive enough to carry a line.
Two totally different players for totally different roles. Cammi is a plug and play first liner and Williams is a second and first line tweener with a better defensive game and hockey IQ.
