What the **** is wrong with Malhotra? Got any theories? He's a giveaway machine, even though he is supposed to be a solid defensive center.

Hopefully he's working off some rust since he didn't get much action in the preseason due to the late signing.

Manny might have dobts of his own, but surely after he gets some games under his belt with this team, he'll be better. I dobt his poor play lasts too long.

He is hoping for an extension too. I think he picks his play up. He might just be gripping the stick a little tight right now

Being serious for a second, I really dobt anything is going to go seriously wrong wit him this season. He's adjusting to a new team. He's not completely useless out there: he's shown he can skate/forecheck/etc. The dobts are understandable, but I don't think he'll be an issue.

Manny's Indian/Indian, not Native/Indian.

One year contract, so this is a contract year for him. I'm sure he'd like to have a good season and at least be able to make some of the money he left on the table this offseason.

There are plenty of whipping boys. Luckily, pretty much all of them just need to shake off the rust and get used to each other and they should be good. Even Huskins is starting to settle in but I will always advocate trading or waiving him.

We could get almost 3 malhotras for the price of one huskins, which is why i'll never hate on malhotra and will ride huskins like a cheap ***** til hes whipped out of town.

Basic math for you:

Malhotra = 700
Huskins = 1.7
700 x 2 = 1.4
700 x 3 = 2.1

so we are 400k away from 3 malhotras for 1 huskins

and since you missed the point of the hyperbole, it's that malhotra took a huge discount while huskins is incredibly overpaid, which is partly why one is a whipping boy and the other is not.

Huskins is not overpaid unless you believe players shouldn't be paid on potential. That's your right. I disagree and so does management. He is making 100k more than Luko and should be equal too or better soon. If he's not I will accept some of the *****ing and moaning. Until then I think it has no merit.

Paying based on potential is ********. I wish I got paid that way. As far as I'm concerned, you have to earn it.

As for Manny, I'm going to give him 10-12 games before bashing.
