Vancouver would be my guess. Its closer than any other NHL team by far. However, there are Alaskans (ie Scott Gomez) playing in NHL teams right now and their friends/families will be rooting for their team too.
I think they'd probably cheer for whatever team catches their fancy. Vancouver, Calgary and Edmonton are the closest teams, but they're not TV coverage close. Or drive to a game close.
Some I've talked to liked the Bruins, Flyers, Hawks... despite the closest teams being Canadian, I haven't personally run into an Alaskan who cheered for them. Maybe it's something about the more conservative-patriotic population.

Pretty much, There's nothing to attach them to any particular team over another. They can't attend games. I'm going to guess a lot of them are probably transplants who still follow their home teams. It's what I do with Phoenix even though I'm 3 hours way from Vancouver.
Most of them are Rangers fans. A while ago the Rangers traveled to Alaska to play a hard fought exhibition against some players from Alaska, and afterwords a few of them got signed to the Hartford Wolfpack.
