Back when he was with the B's, I was out at a club with some friends a week or two after after the Bruins were eliminated from the playoffs. I got up to the bar to get a drink and standing there is Adam Oates. I shook his hand and told him I was a big fan. He was the nicest guy. He actually apologized for not going further in the playoffs! I couldn't believe how humble he was.

oates would make impossible passes look like a sunday walk in the park. unbelievable vision and playmaking skill. weird stick blade too.

Definitely. If he gets to work with Stamkos and improve his passing skills to complement his finishing abilities, it'll help make the whole top line more potent.
