IMO Skoula has looked slow and Backman just hasn't looked good. Seidenberg will be a legit top 4 defenseman and will prove to be a rock for us, a lesser version of Ballard, if you will. Koistinen will be on the final roster but I think we could see Kuli and Koistinen rotated in that last spot if Kulikov can push him enough.
I can't wait to head over to the BAC after work to see this game. Even if it's only pre-season, just putting on my jersey this morning once again felt great. It's been more than five months since I've seen a live Panthers game, and I'm just itching to watch the boys again. Unfortunately, I didn't bring a camera though.
Anybody else think it's interesting to see Kulikov in the lineup with all those regulars? Maybe a sign? Unless I'm mis-reading.
He's gotta clear up the contract issues with the KHL club, something about the panthers buying out his contract. Then they can start negotiating. Supposedly, some or all of that would be announced today or tomorrow. That's according to GR.
If someone going to the game tonight can kind of spot shadow Allen when he is on the ice ,that would be great. I'd like to know the positives and negatives of his game with that reconstructed knee.

I absolutely love those defensive pairings. I think there is skill on all three pairings. The only thing I would do is switch Kullikov with Cabs. But, as mentioned in the other thread, Koistinen plays regardless if Kullikov makes the team. You just dont sit a player that makes that much for two years.
Our only home game during preseason! Excited! After our rookies defeated them yesterday I ask myself how will it be today when Booth, Horton and co are back
None, but GR has been doing a cool thing on his blog during preseason, just tune in at game time and he lets everyone know what's going on in the game. At least it's something.
