Toughness Can't afford to start the season letting other teams think we are soft out there. Need to show we mean business in terms of toughness. Hit, scrap and get in their face!.

I wasn't a big fan of what Dion did to Okposo, but to be fair he put himself in a vulnerable position. Dawes did kind of nudge him off balance, but still Okposo went was heading right into Phaneuf's kill zone. It's admirable to be brave and fearless and all that, but you have to be aware of who's on the ice against you. I'd hope our guys are a little smarter than Okposo was, and after everyone's seen that youtube clip or at least heard of it, it's still fresh in everyone's mind and I'm sure they'll be aware of where Phaneuf is out there at all times.

He's not good enough to play in the NHL and is undersized to play an enforcer role. He didn't impress me as a fighter. Seriously, who would be intimidated by him in the NHL?
