The Preds have won 3 in a row now and are getting +1.5 tonite. If I would put any money down it would be on them. Then again, I don't think the Devs are the type of team with Lemaire to lose 2 in a row either. Everything is too damn difficult tonite.

The only other eye-opener is the Hawks getting +1.5 tonite in CGY.

The under on the Grand Salami tonite looks decent as well, pretty much all starters going at it tonite with some of the top offenses in the league out of action tonite. The only real potential for a barn burner could be TOR@CAR with Legace in the lineup.

I'm not confident on anything tonite
why do u not try to make low bets on 4-5+ games, the most money on my bankroll come from those bets(the last one i picked wizards, knicks, 76ers for 40€ - i would never do this with more then 3-4euro) it doesnt hurt to make one of those now and then even when the chances are low.

Good point. But that's all I primarily do. Small bets.

So when does this thread become stickied? It has more replies and views than most of the already stickied threads.

Tampa

I like the value on taking Bolts in ML tonight (2.20... was 2.30 last night). 100 gets you back 220 total (120 profit). They are hot, Won 3 of the last 4, and their one loss came in S/O after having a controversial OT goal disallowed. I'd prefer having Niittymaki in nets, but Smith did win in his last game...

Of course the Ducks have been rotten...Ducks will be playing with urgency after a team meeting on Monday... but I'm predicting that they'll still come out short, especially since Koivu is expected to miss the game (good luck Selanne).

Both teams showcase great 1st lines, with slight advantage to the Ducks. But it's the 2nd line where the Bolts take it easily.

Bolts 2nd line = Malone (12G,7A)-Lecavalier (4G, 13A) -Szczechura (3GP, 0 Pts)
Ducks 2nd line = Lupul (6G, 3A) -Christensen (9GP, 0 Pts) -Selanne (10G, 2A)

Atlanta

Would also have been a good pick with the Bruins struggling... but Lucic is expected to play and Savard is a game time decision I believe... but I'm still going with the hot hand at home. Good value too, since I think they are a favorite (although bookmakers are saying equal.)

Bolts (2.20)ML - $100 bet wins $120 profit
Thrashers (1.90) ML - $100 bet wins $90.91

Both in Parlay (4.20) = $100 bet wins you $320

Interesting picks. The Thrash have won 4 in a row and are dangerous offensively. Boston has the tendency to play a tight defensive game that could disrupt Atlanta but the B's are simply not as quick as Atlanta. I think it's a good bet.

I'm still not a Bolt believer and I think the Ducks are due for another one of those 7 goal games. Tough call.

Lost my bet against Bill Guerin scoring a point in this game a minute into the game, oh well.... As a Pens fan, I'm very happy to make that small donation as long as Guerin keeps contributing

Dam it, Pens blew it for me tonight.

Chicago looking good, Boston won, just needed the pens.

I put $5 on 6 teams respectively.

5 of those teams lost in either SO or OT.

The other one was Pittsburgh.

NHL Grand Salami 11/21

Total Goals Scored in ALL NHL Games:

over 75.5 (-105)
under 75.5 (-125)

Gut feeling...lots of goals today. Going with the over

Anyone think Atlanta wins tonight? They've got a killer PP and as long the Pens see the box a few times the Thrashers should get a couple goals with points for Kovalchuk.
I also think SJ takes the night off today and am debating whether or not to take the Under or Anaheim.
Washington should be a no-brainer against Toronto but those usually bite you

Kahbibulin is hurt, JDD is starting. Hawks -1.5 @ +208 looks mighty fine. I don't have any cash in the betting account though

Hopefully you guys didn't put too much on the Leafs.

I dunno why, but I think they're a different team with Kessel. Not a good team by any means, but not the terrible team they were in their first 15 games or so.

I went with 3 shootouts tonight and I actually got 2 out of the 3.

I got det/mtl and cbj/nsh but lost the cgy/la

I would have won 416 bucks on a 2 dollar bet, oh well....
