I heard Ron Wilson interviewed after yesterday's morning practice that Kessel was slated to debut with the Leafs tonight against the Lightning. He's going to start on a line with Stajan and Blake.

well i ended up only betting on NYR and Pitts, so hopefully that works out. Glad I didn't end up putting any money on Bos lol jesus they sucked tonight. Won on NBA with the Celtics, bit of a ballsy move on my end as I have never watched basketball

Never got around to making that bet yesterday. Good thing, since Leafs lost and would have cracked my parlay. Leafs came close though. 10 shots on goal from Kessel. Most nights, that's worth at least a couple of goals from Phil the Thrill. Think Phil needs to tweak his sights a little after that hit from Ohlund.

My SportsAction Oddset picks for tonight:

-NY Islanders @ Buffalo - Buffalo. Miller...nuff said.

-San Jose @ Columbus - San Jose. Blue Jackets struggling, so I'm picking the hot team.

-Calgary @ Dallas - Calgary. McElhinney likely starter since Kiprusoff is sick. Sutter ran the Flames through a torture practice this week to get his players to smarten up. Also called out his players, including Iginla, for lackluster play. A wake up call. I expect the Flames to come out like gangbusters against the Stars.

-Phoenix @ Colorado - Phoenix. Budaj starting tonight after his bout with H1N1. Coyotes have the league's best defense, so I'm hoping it will stand up to a pretty damn good Colorado offense. But I like Bryzgalov.

Total odds 10.39 x $2.00 bet = $20.78 pay out.
