Chris Farley: Wade, why are you wearing your helmet?
Brookbank: Well, a couple weeks ago I almost ended Patty Eaves' season. Luckily we're getting him back and it's not to serious. Though it will kind of suck if I have to sit in the pressbox so Dwyer can play, cuz he really puts me to shame out there... Anyway, I feel I am at risk of having Patty come out of nowhere and wing several different shoes at my head. Generally when I get into a fight, like once every 15 games or so, I take a lot of hits to my head, so... I feel for the sake of my health and my career, I have to take some precautions.
