I wanted to go but Its about a half hour drive for me and to be honest with gas at 4 bucks a gallon the recaps will do me just fine I dont understand why they cant do them at the arena it sucks to have to go to lewis center

I'm a PSL holder, lower bowl, since day one and I got no notice on this.
Well, I'm a 2nd year lower bowl PSL holder and got invited twice! Must have gotten yours! Anyway, I get no routine emails from them (For instance this mornings letter from Howson). They say my email address doesn't work.
Maybe I should ask about the plan to improve the email database for PSL holders.
Okay here goes. Long 1-1/2 meeting hosted by Rimer. Howson spoke for 1st 30 mins, then Hitch for 15 or so, then a full 45 mins of questions. Good crowd too, probably 300 people.
I was the guy in the front, 2nd row, dead center wearing the Zherdev jersey. Couldn't resist.
I thought it was a good session. A lot of insight into the workings of the trades and what went down during the draft and the free agency days.
While I was more encouraged coming out than I expected to be, I will warn you of this: I don't think there are any additional players coming. Vermette (sp?) went into arbitration and Howson considers that dead. The roster looks pretty good and pretty deep, but despite what was said I think we do need at least a couple of our prospects to step up and make it work.
There were more comments made around other topics that alluded to why Zherdev was canned/traded than what they said directly on the matter and I have to admit even as a diehard fan of Z, it made sense in the bigger picture with the foundation of the team and the way they are rebuilding it.
