I can't possibly explain how much I abhor the "t**gh t* pl** aga**st" - I can't even type it. It's like I'm cursing and the filter takes it out.

Blank "only way to improve your team" became my fave when someone posted all the fill-ins to the blank in a thread the other day. Thank you to whomever that was.
