The kid needs to learn how to drive before he races, and he should leave the racing to the actual track and not on public roads.
I'm so sick of these idiot celebrities getting away with stuff. I almost hope he runs me over while racing so my family can absolutely drain the Hogan financial accounts.
If my kid ever got caught racing I'd sure as hell make sure he couldn't get a hold of a car, nevermind getting him more cars.

It most likely wasn't "some random dude", the other car may be owned by the Hulkster, but it's not too clear who was driving it. Not sure what that TMZ site is, but they missed an interesting part of the original story - Hulk Hogan owns several Vipers, one of them silver, matching the description of the car that Nick was supposedly racing against. The St Pete Times made it all sound pretty fishy a few days ago, now in today's paper it says that police interviewed the driver of a silver Viper at the scene and it was not Hulk Hogan, but they wouldn't confirm or deny if the Viper in question was one of Hogan's or not. Not a whole lot of them around exactly, and it's not too likely that a 20 year old owned the car himself (unless he's also got a rich daddy). No one saw who was driving the Viper when it was racing, and apparently the car left and then came back to the accident scene. Lots of speculation flying around about this, not much else exciting going on down here right now I guess!
Apparently Nick has several speeding tickets already, and he's been driving for maybe a year.
The guy who was injured is still in critical condition, but is reportedly improving slightly.

Street racing is a BAD thing and needs to be stopped. It would be different if street racing was done reasonably and safe like its done in Japan and such, but in America its - get on a busy street and gun it, who cares about safety. Exactly how you said it - get on a road and gas it.
In Japan its held in very high regard and everything goes with 'if we do this will the civilians be ok?'. A famous street gang, i forget who their names, required every member to race on a track with a vet member for a whole year and pass a test before they could join their club and street race. And once someone in the gang crashed and hurt someone they disbanded and faded totally away. Thats how it is with pretty much any street racing in Japan. Thats common practice over there. Here we have Hulkster Jr. racing some guy in a Viper on a main strip and crashes... He needs to pay the price. This isn't just 'an accident'. An accident would be if he was going to work and spun out and hit a tree or something.
So little Hulk has street racing and has been caught speeding god knows how many times... And hes 17! He needs to be fined or jailed or something to stop him. He WILL get someone killed. And judging by his "drift" videos and stream of speeding tickets, it will happen soon.

1.) This isn't a honda civic, it's a titan Supra. It has more power than the Bugatti Veyron, the fastest production car in the world.

I have to read the papers and see another family ruined because some ****ing punk kid decides to race. No were not robots, but he has been caught going over 30 mph over the speed limit twice, one instance was 45mph over. I hope they raise the fines of tickets even more, and start prosecuting these dumb ****s who can't drive and feel it's "cool" to endanger peoples lives. When will punks like him, and judging by your reaction this is something you do, learn?
