It's HUGE, so if you want to look at it zoomed out, I suggest you download it. Also, if you have 56k, I suggest you download it as well. I color coded it and it includes the AHL, ECHL, UHL, CHL, SPHL, OHL, WHL, QMJHL. I didn't realize that there were so many teams all crammed together in the Midwest and Eastern parts of the US. However Peoria could be a little more south. Come to think of it, the dot should be where the "Peoria" name is.
