The EJHL has become a major feeder for the Eastern NCAA teams and has IMO clearly surpassed the New England Preps in terms of quality depth. A lot of prep kids go to the EJHL for a year following graduation to get strong enough for NCAA. The league has also been making inroads on draft day consistantly getting guys drafted on day 1 now.

While the league is not at the MJ or USHL level, it has smartly kept getting better by not expanding and diluting the product.
