My german second league team, ESV Kaufbeuren, signed the players Dave Cousineau of the Las Vegas Wranglers and Brandon Dietrich of the Gwinnett Gladiators for the next season.
Can anybody tell me something about the guys? Has andybody seen them play?
Thanks in advance!

while I've prob. seen Dietrich play, I didn't make any mental notes about him.
but I do know that the Everblades are losing two great players: jeff maund to Italy and Brian McCullough to Moskitos Essen in Germany.
McCullough was our leading point scorer and third [?] leading point scorer in the league. We will miss his skills.

Thanks in advance! I've seen Dietrich play many times in Gwinnett. He is very talented in my opinion. I've met him a few times and he seems friendly.

Haven't seen either, but here are their stats for this last season, for what it's worth.
Cousineau played in 69 games, scored 17 goals and 15 assists, had a +/- of 21 and racked up 86 penalty minutes. He seems to be good on the power play, as he led the Wranglers with 11 power play goals.
Dietrich played in 72 games, scored 10 goals and was the team leader for assists with 60. He also had a +/- of 0 and spent only 31 minutes in the box. Seems to me his goal scoring abilities are suspect as he made some 260 shots on goal. Definitely seems to be a playmaker and enjoys setting up his teammates for the goal.

This is all true, so good read of the stats. It's worthwhile to note that while he was even, most of the team was very plus, as they had very good goal differential.
Dietrich has skill, but he tries to be too fancy and gives up the puck a lot. He looks good because he skates well and is a good stickhander, but he makes a lot of mistakes. He's a fine player for the ECHL though, and I'm sure he'll be fine where he's going, too.
