Afanasenkov over Brylin?

I'm trying to be nice and not say anything bad about one of "my boys", but ummmmm, Russia must be getting pretty far down on the depth chart!

Affy brings a lot of energy and great speed, but he is just getting started in the NHL, really, and he uhhhhhh hasn't found his finishing touch yet. ;)

This has got to be a big thrill for him, he's only a year or so removed from playing in the Swiss league, so I'm really happy for him, but when I saw this posted on a Tampa board this morning, I must say I didn't believe it.

There are a whole bunch of players in the RSL better than that guy.
