Bucs

It's more of a rivalry thing with DesMoines that goes back years. They seem not to like Lancer fans very much, so neither teams fans really like each other all that much. Of course you have your exceptions. I would love to go. We'll see what happens. And you're right about River City's arena, it's never full. Oh well. I go to Lincoln & Sioux City games all the time, so if it's not as bad as that I can probably handle it. DesMoines is a 2-3 hr. drive from here.

LOL... I know what you mean about the rivalry thing... my boyfriend has a t-shirt that says "My favorite team is the Bucs or whoever is playing Omaha!" But that shirt is from years ago, I think the rivalry between the Bucs and Lincoln may be stronger than that of the Bucs and River City... Those Lincoln fans HATE the Bucs... I know... I've been at all of the Des Moines vs. Lincoln games in Lincoln the past two years.
