Great, another black mark on the greatest sport in the world. Any bets on how many "Hockey is the spawn of Satan" articles will be written in the next three weeks? I'll put the over/under at 35. $10 on the over for me.

I guess Roger Clemens should be in court for hitting Piazza in the head with a friggan ball at 90 miles per hour huh? Or pretty much anybody hit with a pitch should press charges. Sports are different than real life. The court might have saw what Scott Stevens did to Big 88 or kariya or willis or frances(hey this is fun)etc. as an attempt to kill. Mike Tyson even bit hollyfields ear and no prison time for that. Zimmer should have gone to court also for assault on pedro martinez right? Nhl allows fighting, on the street if you pick a fight with a guy do you only get 5 minutes in some box? If that happened in really life it would have been an issue, but its not real life its a sport. Court has no business being in there at all.

Its about time the BUM Bertuzzi got his due... It was well deserved...
