DutchLeafsfan 06-12-2004, 06:50 PM Philip Cocu is the captain of the Dutch team. The 2 previous posters are 100% right as well btw :)
Best players: Ruud van Nistelrooy (Manchester United), Roy Makaay (Bayern Munchen), Patrick Kluivert (FC Barcelona), Philip Cocu (PSV), Edgar Davids (FC Barcelona), Jaap Stam (AC Milan)
Top young players included in selection: Rafael vd Vaart (Ajax), Wesley Sneijder (Ajax), Arjen Robben (Chelsea), John Heitinga (Ajax)
There is quite a significant chance that all four young players will be starting vs Germany btw.

Kronblom 06-13-2004, 03:12 AM Captain for Sweden will be either Olof Mellberg or aging Johan Mjällby who is coming back from injury. The biggest star is Henrik Larsson, Fredrik Ljungberg is playing great with Arsenal but hasn´t had the same success playing for Team Sweden.
