Any word on Adam Pineault?

I was just wondering if anyone has heard any reliable info about what might happen with him. Is Moncton looking to sign him or trade him? If they trade him, what teams might be interested? Anything you've heard about him would be great. Thanks.

The word around Moncton is that he told scouts that after he quit Boston College his intentions were to play in Moncton next season. I really wish something offical would come out of this. I hate all these rumors

i saw a pineault listed in an article from way back about a dman with the same name that was shorter, while searching for info on pineault. is it the same player, they just had the info wrong?

Pineault plays RC/RW.

RWer if he puts it all together. I read that at 15 he was a projected top 10 talent. Can anyone help me out with any facts?

Pineault has big upside. When he was playing on the USNTDP he was amazing, he showed great skill, and a liking to the physical game. Before the year stared, everyone liked the fact that he would play for Boston, it's a great school.

Pineault had a horrible year, so bad that he probally would've been better served breaking an ankle and sitting out the hole year lol.

Pineault did show up on a few nights though and reminded scouts of his talent.

If he goes to Moncton, he'll likely be on the 2nd line and play 2nd fiddle to Bernier in terms of the big man scoring role.

Pineault has alot of skill and size, but his skating needs to improve, as does his awarness on the ice, I think he thinks the game slower then O'Neil does.
