The problem was he never was able to put it together. As a former Tiger i hope he continues success. PensFan68 05-28-2004, 09:33 PM Rob Mackowiak, Pirates, had a helluva a day, so far. To begin the day, his first child, a son was born this morning. In the first game of a double header, he hit a grand slam in the bottom of the 9th with 2 outs to win the game for the Bucco's. Then, in the second game, he hits a 2 run HR in the bottom of the 9th to tie the game. What a day for this guy. Midnight Meat Train 05-28-2004, 09:37 PM Ward always had alot of talent.
