this from a leaf fan. your team deserved this, and i hope tampa is just jumping right now. what is the atmosphere in the city right now? has this playoff run exposed hockey to more tampa people and have they become more aware of the lightning down there? i'm most happy for dave andreychuck who has waited a long time for this. good luck in the finals against a tough flames team.

I just got home about 30 minutes ago and the fans are still partying down at the Palace. people ae so excited about this team. Congrats to the Flyers for playing a great game and a great series. This was really a classic game- just like G6. people are very excited about the CUP and playing. The Forum was on fire all night and you could not hear much. The fans were just pumped and the guys running the jumbotron kept people pumped with some great clips to pump up the crowd. The crowd was on its feet for the last 1:30 of the game and once they got past 1:09 it got even louder. Everytime the Bolts pushed the puck back into the Flyers zone the crowd erupted into more applause. My cousin told me he just loves playoff hockey and has turned into a committed fan. We are really winning over the natives. Those of us who have been with the Bolts from Expo hall are really celebrating after such rough years. Thanks Bolts and Thanks Espo! Thanks for your congrats people and we look forward to a great series with the Flames.

It sucks I wasnt able to go but when they announced the final score at the grad party I was as happy as could be. I cant wait to watch the tape of the game. 12 years of misery is worth it right now. One more prize to win! Graduating sucks though. A grad party made me miss the game tonight and my graduation will make me miss game 1 of the finals. Damn Im sooooo proud of this team!

glad for tampa, they deserve it. at first i wasnt sure if they were going to go all the way i wanted them to. montreal and nyi were not hard tasks for them i knew philly would be, but they beat them, habby must stay hot and if they go the way they should lecavalier , fedetenko have to stay hot, they cant slow down. and modin must keep it up and would like to see st louis produce more goals. habby is the man collect alot of his stuff im a big fan and mainly because of him is why i want tampa to win it all, plus i do like the lightining in general ... good lluck :bolts :yo: im still a a die hard nyr fan.. for now..... lets go tampa....
