Hulk Hogan and the Lightning

Will Hogan be at every Lightning playoff game pumping up the crowd, or is he just doing occasional appearances?

He just started off the games by saying "Let's play hockey!" That's actually something they've been doing with different people all year. Hogan goes to a lot of games during the year without this purpose and they just decided to give him a shot and it netted us a couple of wins. Now that we've lost the Hogan mojo though the team changed and let Tampa Bay Buccaneers cornerback Ronde Barber start the game on Tuesday. Maybe his Philly-beating mojo is the trick to victory again on Saturday. :)

Well they brought back Hogan last night and it worked. Must have been the ripped muscle shirt action, LOL..

I've never understood what was so bad about Hulk Hogan at Lightning games. Philadelphia has had Sylvester Stallone acting like Rocky at Eagle and Flyer games, both are actors, one from a bad series of movies the other from "sports entertainment" if you can even call it that.

He did the "opening cheer" thing (which is new this season) at a few regular season games when his daughter sang the anthem. We've only seen a lot of him during the playoffs.

Based solely on the fact that people get all bent about it, I hope he cheeses it up even MORE next time. Anything that pisses off the elitist crowd makes me smile. :D
