Thanks, Golbez. And yeah, I'm a Slegr fan! :D I like him both as a player and as a person - he's a really nice guy. I hope he is selected for the Czech team - from what I could make out from hokej.cz, Hlinka doesn't plan on making many changes from the World Championship team. But I would imagine they will add Robert Lang, Robert Reichel, and Tomas Kaberle, at least.

I don't know the history between Bonk and Hlinka too well, but I know there is one and Hlinka doesn't like the guy for one reason or another.

It's a solid roster, but why the hell did they pick Vlasak for this tournament?? It boggles the mind :dunno:

Golbez, maybe Hlinka chose Vlasak from what he has seen in the Russian league. He is the coach for Avangard Omsk, isn't he? At least he was in 2002-2003.

I would have like to see Jiri Hudler in the team, not that I'm suprised of not seeing him. If the requirement for three U22 players wouldn't have been taken off he might had had a better chance...
