Monocolor crowds

Thanks for closing that other thread, Sotnos. I was getting sick of scrolling through all those freaking pages.

Anyway, does anybody know if the Lightning are asking people to dress in a single color for Game 5? I really hope they don't. This trend of asking fans to wear the same color is getting old. I think it reached a new low in Game 4 when Flyer fans showed up w/ the "infected snot orange" t-shirts. I didn't know so many Flyer fans worked at Home Depot?

It's probably a bit late to do for Tuesday night's game, plus, they'd have to get a sponsor to come up with the t-shirts.

Yeah.. Probably not happening. I think last year they hinted at wanting to do something but didn't carry through with that either so maybe the whole idea is in dead water. If they were to do it, I'd suggest "Blackout" should be the theme (since lightning causes blackouts har har), but I'd rather they not. Thundersticks are goofy enough, heh..
