I disagree with the Humboldt Broncos as the best program in Sakskatchewan (Saskatchewan). I'd say the best program in the province would be the Weyburn Redwings. Their coach, Dwight McMillan, is the third winningest coach in the Canadian Junior hockey history behind Brian Kilrea and Bert Templeton. This season he recorded his 900th win. They've won the SJHL Championship 6 times and the Centennial Cup once (in 1983-84). In my mind, they are the class of the SJHL.

ive watched many, and from connections 7 out of 8 agree Camrose is in the top 3,
The program Boris Rybalka has is second to none, he will be a NHL coach or gm in a matter of time, just a great program.

So you think because of two good seasons you think camrose is the best program in the canada. There not even the best in the ajhl. Id rank the Calgary Canucks(1), fort mcmurray oilbarons(2) and gp storm(3) ahead of them.

the calgary canucks? are you kidding me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! what have they done in the last 10 years??????

camrose in 4 years after expansion won the rbc cup, year after won rbc silver

in 2001 richard petiot drafted by the kings
in 2002 broduer drafted by the hawks, Dan Glover by the new jersey devils
in 2004 sharp and raymond will be drafted
in 2005 bertram will go in the top 10.

and the kodiaks are very close in being the number one team in the last 3 years to have people move to college or major junior!!!!

The cancuks always seem to have a good team year after year. There also the most successful team in the history of the ajhl i believe. They have a very good program there.

What makes you think sharp and raymond will be drafted? I dont even think radke will get drafted and hes 20 spots ahead of sharp and raymonds only at 155. Thats not to great considering all the europepn prospects. At the best he'll go in the last round. The only ajhl players that will make the draft will be Nick Johnson( cjahl player of the year)and Scott McCulloh(ajhl playoff mvp and top forward at royal bank cup) Bertram is gonna go top 10 :lol i really doubt that. Maybe top 10 for ajhl players definetly not top 10 in the draft.

If he plays in the NCAA next season (which he is if I'm not mistaken), then Bertram could be a very high NHL draft pick in 2005.

If he does play ncaa wouldnt he be at least 19 next year. Most scouts tend to stay away from players that are older than the rest of the age group. So they have more time to develop them. Then again if he dominates at the ncaa level he could become a top pick. Still i dont think he would be 1st round though.

Some people even like him better than Brule. While it's a year away, and a lot can change, at this point he looks like an easy top 10 pick.
