forgot to mention that there was a new article up
it would of been meatier, but I have been busy with school
anyway, just looking at the numbers, one name sticks out:

Corey Perry, highest ppg of Anaheim's CHL prospects in both regular season and playoffs, plus he had the 3rd highest ppg for Cincy in the AHL playoffs. Yet on the other hand, he played for London, who were a stacked offensive team and all his AHL points came in his first game (a la Chistov's first NHL game with 4 points). The real question in my mind is whether or not he is for real or not....

Brian Gornick putting up 1.33 pts per game at the ECHL level is interesting...but now with Penner brought in and probably Brent and others added to the Cincy team there are probably too many forwards for the Cincy team next year for Gornick to be back...he is a RFA who Murray may not give a qualifying offer to...Murray might also let Aucoin leave and Hankinson, Severson and Smith are UFA's who are probably gone, although I'd like to see Severson stay in the organization.

I'd like to see Perry at the AHL level next year if possible. What else does he have to proove at the OHL level??

For the European league stats you left out guys like Jan Sandstrom, Alexandry Chagodayev, and Pelle Prestberg...I know none of them are going to play in North America...but still curious what they are doing...

He had a goal in his first game and an assist in the next game.

I hope they hold onto Gornick...but it's hard to say. Severson is another player that I hope sticks around, same with Mike Mottau. The rest (Smith, Hankinson, Aucoin) can leave because of incoming players, although I was impressed with Aucoin as well.
Perry will only be 19 next season, and thus uneligible to play in the AHL. It's either NHL or OHL for him. (my mistake about the scoring).
Sandstrom and Prestberg are no longer consider prospects as they are over the age of 24. Chagodayev...there should be a profile for him...I'll look around, because something should be there, but I don't remember seeing it when I inherited the section.

I would like to see him in the next camp, but I think it's better to leave him another year in the OHL. We risk to burn the kid and I'm pretty sure there's no room in the line-up for him (now).

I'm thinking Mottau will leave because we didn't give him a look at the NHL level this year...Instead of calling up Armstrong, Murray should have called up Mottau.

that age rule sucks. Perry isn't going to make the NHL next year, so another year with London. The good news is that London is hosting next year's memorial cup, so he will get that playoff experience. Also I would assume he makes next years World Junior team, so thats another good experience he will have.

At the time of the callup, Mottau was still suffering from a knee injury. Even when he was playing during the last half of the season, the knee was still giving him some problems.
Armstrong is apparently returning to Europe.

And for another thought on Gornick, if his production is that good in the ECHL, one would assume that when given more responsibility at the AHL level, he should be able to produce better then 0.08 ppg.

Yeah I agree...he was given top 6 forward time and a lot of powerplay time with San Diego and he produced...but with Cincy there is no room for him on any of the top 3 lines...so I'm not sure what his future looks like...

Whew. Correy Perry's stats are pretty impressive. Maybe it's just as well we didn't trade him for Comrie. Then again, it's a whole different story to put up number in the NHL.

If there's an NHL work stopage I wouldn't count on it, but otherwise he should be there.

If Perry hits the Gym the way he did last off-season and puts on more weight, I wouldn't be surprised if he put up Jason Allison type numbers (from his last season in London) next year.

wallin and korsunov are looking nice .... wallin can score a little bit but i'm not sure if the stats weren't of the 2nd swedish league. does aik solna play in the elite serien?

do you think perry can play center if needed. someone with his playmaking ability would be fine at center.

AIK does not play in the Elitserien, so those stats are from the 2nd highest Swedish league.

Korsunov had a huge +/- stat, which shows he could probably have played in the Super league in russia last year. It'd be nice to get him over to camp and see how he'd do in the smaller rink.

He never has in the past and with five very good centers possibly returning to London (Khomutov, Schremp, Bolland, D.Hunter, Prust) and a couple young centers looking to crack the lineup, I don't see any reason why they'd want to convert him next year.... They need top line wingers.

I'm not sure if moving Perry to center is the best idea anyways, because of his skating.

New Profiles Done:
Dustin Penner (http://www.hockeysfuture.com/prospect.php?pid=3882)
Curtis Glencross (http://www.hockeysfuture.com/prospect.php?pid=3881)

Also all the profiles have updated stats

Any suggestions on where Penner and Glencross would fit in the top 20?

I'd push Pohanka and Gornick out of the top 20, maybe Alen. Penner 19th or 20th...Glencross maybe 15th.

also, Pecker in top 10? not sure he is even top 20 anymore.

Rogers, Hynes and Lee's stocks are rising, IMO
I think Alen and Pohanka maybe out,
