The Cup Deserves to see Spring Break

Yeah the winner gets to keep it all year and then some if there is no CBA before the start of the season. The CUP might just be the ultimate chick magnet- no that would be a large diamond- but it would certainly attract people on the beach.

and who gets their name on it. I know there's some sort of rule about playing so many games during the regular season (don't remember the number) or if you play at least one playoff game. What happens to someone like Rumble, if Tampa wins the cup. He's been a part of the team all season long, except the few games he played in Hershey. Assuming he'll be a healthy scratch for the rest of the playoffs, would he get his name on the cup?

In no season next year we will have the cup for a long while :) Although it does tour on its own in between and after the players have their day with it.

I beleive you have had to play 40 or 42 regular season games (something like that) or at least 1 Playoff game or 1 Stanley cup finals game (not sure about the last one if it is any 1 game in the PO's or 1 game in the SCF's).
