Usually I would be pretty sure Germany would win this game but the Austrians have been very impressive :)

Good effort by both teams, while Germany has the edge. They are winning the battles, are better defensively and scored the goals. Austria seems to be a bit tired from the game vs. Canada or have they been partying too much last night.?:D

Fan.At 05-04-2004, 12:02 PM I was in Prague to see the match and Germany simply overpowered the Austrians. They looked tired and never were up to the task. Perhapes the game the night before versus Czech Republic was too much...
I just asked myself if it is ok if the second-placed team (Austria) from group d has to face the first-seeded team (Czech Republic)) from group a the night BEFORE they face the third seeded team from group a (Germany)... ???
