Skudra not on Latvia

Why isn't Peter Skudra on the team for Latvia?????He is way better than Naumovs and that other young goalie..........Skuds won best goalie award in the Russian Super League this year, and definetely should have been the backup behind Irbe!!!!!!!

Because Skudra doesn't want to play for Latvia. I don't know the real reason for this, but my (and many other fans') guess, is that he's got s**t in his head.
