I'm interested how much money will the best AHL'ers make? For example top defenceman Curtis Murphy. How much will he get? Is somewhere any kind of source maybe all AHL wages?

HockeyGoddess 04-14-2004, 08:00 AM I asked much the same question a couple years back... in the 2001-02 season, the longest-tenured veteran AHLers make around $100-150K/year. Some players have it in their contracts to make a certain percentage of what they would be making in the NHL (usually 10%)... I believe the minimum is $40K/year.
