Unless something changed recenty, Joe Tallari signed an ATO (amateur tryout) contract with the Wolfpack. This does not mean he is signed by the Rangers.

Well for one thing he'll be 24 in october and for another he played for Niagara in the CHA. He's 6'0, 195 lbs. Had a great year last year posting 55 points but the cHA doesn't face too much big time competition. This year he struggled a bit offensively only grabbing 33 points in 38 games. I honestly don't think this guy is NHL caliber but stranger things have happened.

Hey he knows me. This is a good kid. He never quits. I coached his brothers. Quality character. I think he can hang in there with the AHL guys, not sure he is NHL level.

I've been to a bunch of Niagara University games in which he's played. Joe's a hard worker and has a nice scoring touch. If he can make it to the NHL then he may be successful but I don't think he'll be a huge scorer or anything like that.
