balej got boarded the night before and stayed in the game to score the OT winner...but since tonight was a meaningless game they probably let him sit to rest up...not to mention that last week balej got tossed for spearing someone on providence so you didn't want someone going after him...

also they signed joe tallari to a tryout deal and this was the last chance to play him before the playoffs and tallari took balej's spot...

hartford has a full week off before the playoffs so balej, ortmeyer, pushor, etc should all be back

Balej was out of the lineup, probably to rest him and Joe Tallari did play
