Sags about to eliminate Cap-BretonFSU Seminoles 04-08-2004, 03:05 PM As I said few months ago, if there is a team that can upset any team in this league is Chicoutimi Ticallion961 04-08-2004, 03:57 PM I figured CB wouldn't get out of the Q, but this is earlier than i expected. Although, there is room for a comeback. I've heard a lot of people saying Fleury is having a tough series, that may be true, but what the hell are bernier, guenette and dixon doin. 4 points between them, thats unacceptable, unless i'm missing something about them...injuries or something route138 04-09-2004, 07:34 PM CB lose to Chicoutimi 5-2,,,woof a surprise but in junior anything can happen  QcS 04-09-2004, 07:34 PM it's officially done.. CHicoutimi took out Cap Breton in 5.. incredible. Big McLargehuge 04-09-2004, 07:37 PM CB lose to Chicoutimi 5-2,,,woof a surprise but in junior anything can happen  Houle makes only 18 saves on 23 shots. Goaltending wasn't the problem in this series apparently... montreal 04-09-2004, 09:01 PM Looks like Sags vs Gatineau, Moncton vs Rimouski Can't see Moncton giving up 3 in a row to PEI who they have owned this year. Too bad for PEI I was hoping they could go to the next round. Better luck next year. Gatineau vs Moncton next round ??? FSU Seminoles 04-09-2004, 09:22 PM Houle makes only 18 saves on 23 shots. Goaltending wasn't the problem in this series apparently... Jeff Deslauriers was outstanding from what I'm hearing Big McLargehuge 04-09-2004, 09:37 PM Jeff Deslauriers was outstanding from what I'm hearing looks like the entire team was amazing, especially Deslauriers. I don't know what happened to Cape Breton. well...normally I'd root for Chicoutimi after something like this but not against Gatineau. Go Olympiques! Cariboux 04-09-2004, 10:04 PM Maxime Boisclair and Stanislav Lascek played a phenomenal playoff against CB. Deslauriers also been very good and prove that he can win under pressure. Goaltending was not the problem in CB, it was the team... route138 04-10-2004, 08:06 AM This will make for the start of the debate,Should Cape Breton have taken back MAFleury, was he a distraction, or was CB simply outplayed and outcoached ? :dunno: Big McLargehuge 04-10-2004, 10:36 AM This will make for the start of the debate,Should Cape Breton have taken back MAFleury, was he a distraction, or was CB simply outplayed and outcoached ? :dunno: He was 8-1-1 in the regular season. I doubt he was the biggest problem. Crosbyfan 04-10-2004, 11:23 AM He was 8-1-1 in the regular season. I doubt he was the biggest problem. "Put Me In Cold" Houle couldn't save them either! Certain players did not want to work hard enough for this team to win. A few ruined it on everyone. | ||
