I just saw the roster for the tourney this weekend. I'm curious as to why neither of the two goalies from the U18 NTDP were included in the lineup. Instead they're taking Corey Schneider and Frazee. I think Schneider is a solid goalie but he's played prep school hockey for four years whereas the other two from the U18 NTDP have faced much stronger competition. That seems like a slap in the face to both of these players. I'm sure they're not too happy about it either.

I heard that Chris Carlson is out for the year with an injury. Jordan Pearce was also suffering from an injury last I heard but I'm not sure how long he was supposed to be out for. Either way, it doesn't seem that either have been terribly impressive this year.

Schneider is the real deal. Frazee probably won't see much playing time!

USA Hockey Website has Frazee as a 5/13/87 Birthday making him just 16.
