Seems like he has good head. Seems realistic and not cocky (realizes it'll probably be 3-4 years to make the NHL), and I like that he says he was motivated by being ranked lowly in the European goalie rankings. He seems to have a good grasp too of the game (saying that the NA game has more battling for the puck, and more shots so he has to stay focused).

Although you do have to wonder about how good he is at preparing things ahead of time. Like not requesting a visa ahead of time to make the draft or development camp.
