If anyone who uses the Lidstrom blade pattern needs a new stick, hockey giant in Anaheim has the Easton S17 stick in the Lidstrom curve for $89. The stick is normally a $200+ stick so it's a great deal for someone who likes to use sand wedges while playing hockey .

Not going to lie, the Lidstrom curve is probably the grossest (yes) curve I've ever seen.

Best stick I've ever had is a Modano and I hate the *******. Though I would just as soon use a Riberio stick as fire wood if it ever came into my possession.

The Lidstrom is now the Getzlaf, the Modano became the Forsberg and now it's the Zetterberg.

I prefer the Sakic myself, some wedge but not a crazy amount.

I **** you not back in HS I used a Daniel Tkaczuk blade and it seriously was the most accurate stick I've ever had. You could roof forehands and backhands from 1 foot out and it was easy to pick corners on snappers or slapshots. Who the hell would manufacture a blade for that moron? Maybe God just put it in a store for me to find. Good old days.

I think a lot of accuracy is more technique than blade. I can roof a forehand shot with a Bauer p88 or a Sakic pattern, just requires different snap of the wrist.

The Lidstrom/Getzlaf pattern is a whole different story. The only place I could consistently get a shot on net with that thing was between the circles. If I was right there in the slot the goalie didn't stand a chance because I was rocketing it top corner. If I was any further out than that it was going over the glass.

I used to use a Shanahan blade, now I use a Sakic. I like a toe curve as opposed to the massive heal curve on a Lidstrom blade.

The end of the Lidstrom blade looks like my 56 degree wedge.

Sakic = #1 blade for wristers by far.

I'm telling you this thing was something crazy.
