I agree with you. We are raising a nation of *******, but I watched Mr. Rogers and Sesame Street, and I turned out fine. When kids are that little, it's probably ok to sugar coat everything without doing any permanent damage. However, when freaking basketball leagues prohibit teams from playing defense and taking three pointers after they've built up a large lead, we've got a problem. I remember reading a story about a t-ball league that didn't record wins or losses and at the end of the year, every team was a champion. Yeccchhhh.

South Park is like the Oracle. It seems like a fat weird ***** that lives in the projects and bakes cookies, but it's very wise. It does a better job of confronting various issues directly and presenting them in an unbiased, realistic way than the "experts" and "analysts" do. Plus it's funny as hell. God bless Matt and Trey.

Half the fun of Sonic is having to drive to bumble **** PA to get some. I love Sonic, but IMO it's one of those places that loses it's awesomeness when you have one in your backyard. I really think that her powers have morphed to the point where she has the ability to reform with water. Thats probably the best part about bringing back Bryan Fuller as writer in these final episodes is that now the characters powers will finally start development again. I'm with you on the fact that they keep bringing her back as different characters is really annoying. But if she stays as this ice lady with further evolved powers then that is really cool. Think about it she went from freezing people by touching them to being able to freeze large area's in a moment to possibly being able to transform into water. How cool is that.

They did that a lot in the first season with the flying which went from floating to full out flying, the nuclear man going from emitting radiation to being a full out nuclear warhead, Ali Larter going from a schizophrenic to the ****ing hulk, and Hiro went from just a teleporter to a badass warrior(although they went and ruined everything that could've been with him in season 2 and season 3 by turning him into a clown). The flash forward sequences with hiro were so awesome and why they turned him into comic relief i'll never understand.

i was very close to until i heard that Fuller was coming back. The guy is a good writer. basically you can forget whatever happened and season 2 and the villians chapter of season 3. Maya. I got into Heroes about a year ago. I got so hooked that I watched the entire first season in like two days. Then I started watching season two and it was unbearable. I don't know how I did it. At least season three is way more betterer.

Oh yeah I completely forgot about her. she was such a dumb character. as was almost every character introduced in season 2 with maybe the exception of the girl in New Orleans who vanished off the show. i'm sure they had atleast enough notice to actually give him a better sendoff. Then again considering how it was an afterthought in this episode maybe they didn't have much notice and they just tried to squeeze it in to the plot. It just seems so out of place.

So my work schedule is so bad this week. It is my spring break and I am a busboy. There are only 3 other bus boys. One is in New Orleans until Sunday, one is looking at Colleges till Sunday and the other is in Disney until next tuesday. I got out of work Wednesday but I have to work Tuesday from 5-10, Thursday from 5-10, then friday and Saturday from 5-11/11:30. This sucks. I wish my friends could stay out later and not have a curfew like me. I cant wait until I get a ****ing car.

It is basically under the table steeze. I didnt need any working papers to get a job there. Also, I get paid 25 from the boss, who is the head cook, and then I get the rest in tips. I usually make an average of 50 bucks a night. So ten dollars an hour aint too bad.

That's pretty good for a busboy position. I don't work on a regular basis (looking for a regular job), but I've been working security at this club a few random nights the last couple months... 45 a night isn't too bad considering how easy the job generally is.

I don't work during the school year, because I'm in the enviable position of not having to.

During the summer, instead of getting a real job that might help my resume, I work as a lifeguard for 12 an hour, and only actually have to do 1.5 hours of work per 7 hour shift, because I only have to sit on the stand that long. More importantly, I've been there so long I'm now head lifeguard and push all the work onto my subordinates. I also take paid lunch breaks, and I get to rake the beach in a pick-up truck. On top of that, I can do whatever I want because I'm essentially immune from punishment, so if a patron treats me poorly, I let them have it.

I also nap at work on a regular basis, receive free food from beach patrons, and teach private swim lessons at a rate of 20 bucks cash for a half hour lesson. I'm also done with work at 4:30 which allows me to have time to do whatever I want at night.

Yea brothaman, you make that money. I never had a break or real vacation when I worked at a grocery store back in the day. They knew when our breaks were and would load us up with hours all the time, and sucky ones at that. I also worked every holiday as well, so when I say I didn't have vacations, I really didn't. But hey, it was money, so you really can't complain at that age. You need the money to take all those ladies out. ;)
