It was blown coverage by Zajac who was standing down on the hash mark trying to take away the invisible man behind him instead of taking away the point like he is supposed to.

BTW, that is also the difference between out sucky PP and a good power play. The Canes move the puck quickly and across ice making the goalie and defenders get out of position. We move slowly making it easy for the defense.
