Dan Bylsma. One of my personal favorite Ducks ever. Gave 100% on every shift, every game.

Good to see him back.

Disco-Dan as a NHL head coach? Didn't see that coming to be honest.

Ducks could use few Bylsmas right now, couple on the ice and atleast one behind the bench...

I knew from the first time I met Dan Bylsma back when he was a King that he'd be an NHL coach one day. I just never thought it'd this soon.

Congrats Dan! I find it hilarious that one of the least talented pro hockey players ever gets to coach one of the best.

I always liked Dan Bylsma, even when he was with the Kings. Not a flashy player, but someone who worked hard every game. Good to see him get rewarded with a coaching job. Best of luck to him!

I remember when he used to do the color on the radio with Steve Carroll. The Ducks were either too cheap or too bad a team to pay for a color guy so they had injured/scratched players in the booth with Steve.

He is a great guy and will make a great coach. Too bad he was not coaching in the ducks minor ranks.

Good for Dan.

This is natural progression in his career. Good to see him lead a NHL team.
He was Assistant Coach with the Cinci Mighty Ducks and The NY Islanders then became Head Coach with Wilkes-Barre Scranton Penguins.

All the best with his promotion. :handclap:
