Hello!

I have an off topic question.. Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated!!

I noticed the Red Sox are in town April 10th-12th. I would like to see one or two of them games! I'm from Boston, and moved to Phoenix, AZ a year ago. I've been itching to see the Red Sox, and it looks like this is as close as they will get to me this year..

Also, I wouldn't mind taking my GF to Disney while we are in Anaheim. How far away is Disney from the Angels ball park? How big is Disney Land? Would we need more than a day or two to see just about everything? I noticed they sold a 3 day pass, I'm just not sure if that would be a bit much..

Last year we went to Sea World in San Diego. We were considering a multiple day pass but ended up getting single admissions. That worked great. We saw everything, and started our trek home to AZ sooner than we expected...

Also, when do tickets for the angels go on sale?
How hard is it to get tickets? (In boston its close to impossible.. You pay an arm and a leg to a scalper) How are the prices?

Any advice on where to stay? I'm looking for a nice area, in between the 2 locations.. that is budget friendly!

Any other advice on what to see while in the Anaheim area?

How far is LA??

Thanks in advance for the help.. I really do appreciate it! Thanks again

Don't know anything about Angels tickets, as I ignore baseball.

BUT

Disneyland is close to Angels stadium. Just hop on the 5 for a few miles and BAM.

Disneyland is 10 minutes from Angel Stadium on side streets, or 5 on the fwy with no traffic. Disneyland is not that big, you can pretty much crack it out in 1 day. You should get a park hopper ticket that lets you go to the California Adventure park also... that way spend 75% at Dland and the other 25 at CA. There isn't a lot to do at the other park but being from Boston it will give you a good shot of false California stereotype in a short amount of time.

Angels tickets can be bought pretty cheap on Stubhub.com. They'll let you pick where you want to sit and since its Boston it will be a bit more expensive but not too much. You order online, pick them up from a window at the front of the stadium. Pretty simple. You'll definitely get tickets though at a cheaper price than at Fenway. It won't be impossible by any stretch.

There's tons of Hotels around Dland... and with the economy so bad a lot are probably throwing good deals out. All of us from the area probably won't be able to help on hotel advice but check out one of those hotel rating websites to settle you in there.

I hate the Sox, by the way, but I'm not holding that against you and your GF. Have a good trip!
