On the topic of sexual humor; did anyone else watching the Flame's station laugh when the announcer said this about the goalie: "He's going to need some ice later, because he's been taking a lot of rubber." Please tell me someone else thought that was funny.

Some notes so far:

Ducks were the better team in the 1st. Flamers were the better team in the 2nd.

Jiggy has played pretty very good so far. Kunitz and Getzlaf have been off. Parros won his fight, but somehow managed to get cut. I didn't see him take a shot to the face, so don't know how it happened. I also like what I see out of Brown. He's fast and brings a ton of hitting and energy to the line. I also think Brookbank looks pretty solid out there. A lot of you may disagree, but he's been a lot better then McIver. McIver looked nervous out there IMO. He seemed like he was always just trying to pass to Pronger. Brookbank looks a lot more comfortable.

I wish the flames announcers would stop calling Moen moan.

On the other hand, loved Pronger hooking, holding, spearing, and slashing everything around him in the last 15 seconds or so. In all likelihood, the refs weren't going to call anything, and if they did then he's banking on his team simply winning a draw. Great job.

Jiggy played very well, it's good to see him put up a couple of solid games. Getzlaf hasn't been very noticable lately, I wonder if he has the flu that Ryan apparently had. Hopefully we can take the next couple of games.

At the start of the season we had to let him recover, get back into it, he had that outburst a little while back (while on a line with Ryan), other than that he's surplus to req, Carter brings a lot more energy to the table on a nightly basis, the only thing I can see him doing is bringing those little veteren moves on the PK (that hook tonight in the last min).

I'm all for giving guys a chance, but I think he should be the only trade at the deadline, im thinking pick, we have plenty in the system, again, everyone *****es about Miller, he can bring that PK element that we would loose from Morrison at a fraction of the cost

He was being sarcastic about Morrison. Meaning Morrison's best efforts to help us lose (with the penalty).

Morrison should just be waived IMO, because no one is going to trade for him. Personally I'd rather have Ebbett on the 2nd line then Carter, but in no way should Carter be scratched in favor of Morrison. Maybe Carter and Ebbett should rotate between Selanne and Ryan.

Last thing: gotta hand it to RC. I've been hard on him (hence the avatar), and he's deserved it IMO. He kept the lines together through out the game, something i've been asking for a while, and we won. So good for him. Still not removing the avatar yet though. Scratching Carter for Morrison was stupid though.

The Ducks didn't play THAT well. They did limit the ability of the Flames to get into the middle pretty well, but Calgary carried the play.

Ducks got 2 goals on 2 turnovers that were HUGE gifts. They very easily could've been shut out again.

Giguere played really well, making several key saves. I hope this is the start of him getting his game back and not an occasional thing.

Brown, who I was down on last game, I thought played pretty well. If he plays like he did today most of the time I think I'll be happy with him.

Good to see Perry and Ryan score as well. I hope Perry also starts picking up the pace and scoring more here this second half. It would be nice.

Morrison though, I don't know what he was thinking with that very ill-advised penalty. Really not helping yourself in the eyes of the fans there Morrison.
