Cool, it won't matter for me. I'm gonna get center ice, I already have VS and Hockey Network. So I'm gonna catch every game this year no matter what.

Hopefully we get a decent crowd for the Buffalo game. A smaller crowd with lots of empties downstairs will give the Devil-haters plenty of fodder to discuss in blogs/etc.

I'm sure they'll do ticket specials. They did last year for Buffalo. They Better, at least!

Versus only runs on Mondays and Tuesdays. Good luck with that. Especially early in the season. Maybe the 12/23 game will do well, but you tend to get the bump in the post-Christmas week (like that Buffalo game last year that had insane demand with the huge line and all), not before it.

It a shame it couldn't have been that game against Buffalo in December last season (around x-mas time)

The line for tickets was insane and was one of the better vocal crowds in the regular season

Guys, here is an excel sheet with our attendance mapped out as a graph over the course of the season. We had 11 sellouts total.

It's weird... there are only 2 games where we had more than 17,000, but less than a sell out.

16,000 < x < 17,000 = 8 games
15,000 < x < 16,000 = 8 games
14,000 < x < 15,000 = 9 games
13,000 < x < 14,000 = 6 games

All our games with about 13,000 fans were on weeknights... Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

That means that on those days, we need to have significant promotions and not something like team photo or a pen or anything else lame. I don't see why they couldn't do a few times those red Devils Legion shirts. You have to figure that the cost going in to them would be made up with the additional revenue bring produced from ticket, concession, and vendor sales...
