Forfeiture?

I don't even know why this is coming to mind, but when was the last time a hockey club completely forfeited a game?

Whether it be due to a mercy surrender or some type of penalty to the team?

I don't recall that ever happening..

I know of at least of one incidence of forfeiture happening, but in this case, it was declared by Clarence Campbell on March 17, 1955 when the Montreal Forum was evacuated when a tear gas bomb was detonated. What ensued was the famous (Maurice) Richard Riot.
