Once the poll goes up im going with Zharkov. A russian who was finally signed this year, a left handed right winger, so his shot must be a good one that he has confidence in. I cannot wait to see this kid play for lowell.

I'm surprised that more nominations haven't been made for Romano at this point in the rankings. I know that he's fell from the good graces of the Devils organization, but he seems to have some potential.

I think when people saw his poor play with London, people started to like him less. I think he will have to have a come back year if he wants to earn a contract with the Devils. His poor defensive play and average offensive play, even though he was on the fourth line, is not very appealing.

I think if he can get more ice time and works on his defensive game ALOT more, then he will be a well touted prospect in our organiazation. Also to be fair, expectations for him should not be very high. He was a seventh round pick, but you never know, he might turn into a late gem.

When he was at Cornell, he reminded me alot like Scott Gomez, the way he would skate up the ice and basically run **** on that college level. Now i think he needs to realize that the competition in the OHL is on a whole different planet than the level of play at Cornell.

We do have two more years to sign him because he switched from college to the OHL, so hopefully he breaks out into a good player within these years so we can sign him.

Close between Salmela and Zharkov but I went with Anssi because he's closer to making the team.

Looks like Halischuk is going to be the most overrated by us (in comparison to the official listing). This is probably due to the high visibility of his most outstanding moment.

Similarly Fayne and Perkovich (and particularly Romano) will be most underrated by us. Fayne and Perkovich being under the radar and Romano disproving the old saw that "all publicity is good publicity", at least when it comes to popularity contests.

I agree, Halischuk is alittle overrated on here. He's still goingto be an NHL player, but I feel that guys like Palmieri and Burlon should be higher than him. I think both have the chance to make more of an impact at the NHL level.
