God. I know the when - the last goal scored in 1992 playoffs and the first goal scored in the 1993 regular season. As for the who... offhand, I have not a clue. I'd have to do some research.

I was not for the change to Red & Black when it happened, but looking back it was the best marketing move the Devils have ever made.

Do you remember when Lou announced it? He said research confirmed players appeared bigger and more intimidating in black than green.

For a moment I thought of Reggie Dunlop; then realised he was right and it was such an obvious move to make. When Scott Stevens looks less than intimidating in your team's jersey, it needs changing.
